Legal information

Terms and Conditions

The conditions for using this website and arranging online courses, private training, workshops, and educational projects.

Last updated: 09/24/2026

1. Scope and company information

These terms govern use of the Pryden Scholar website and describe the basis for arranging online education and professional development services. Pryden Scholar began on September 24, 2026, in Loveland, Colorado. The services include virtual courses, instructor-led training, workshops, learning materials, customized learning programs, and remote training for small business teams.

These terms should be read with the written enrollment details, booking confirmation, or project scope for the service you purchase. Browsing this website does not purchase a service. If a particular provision requires affirmative agreement, its enforceability depends on the agreement process and applicable law; the presence of a policy page does not replace a required enrollment agreement or statutory disclosure.

2. Eligibility and authority

An individual arranging paid services should be at least eighteen years old or have an authorized adult make the arrangement where permitted. A business representative must have authority to agree to the engagement on behalf of the business and to provide the information required to organize training. Do not represent that you have authority you do not possess.

The website is intended for general professional learning enquiries. A program for children, a regulated occupation, or another audience with special requirements must be arranged separately and only where its requirements can be met. These terms do not establish approval to operate a regulated school or supply a specific professional credential. Program availability remains subject to any authorization or conditions applicable to that program.

3. Website information and enquiry confirmation

Descriptions and prices help visitors understand the services offered. Topics, duration, learning objectives, platform requirements, materials, instructor arrangements, and availability must be confirmed before purchase. Do not assume that a program includes an unlisted module, unlimited individual support, a particular instructor, a recording, or permanent access merely because the website describes online education generally.

The learning enquiry form displays a local confirmation after required fields are completed. It does not send the information, create an enrollment, confirm availability, reserve a training date, or process payment. To arrange a service, contact Pryden Scholar through the details at the end of these terms. An agreement is formed through the applicable written offer and acceptance process, rather than by the local confirmation message alone.

4. Published services and prices

The published service prices are Professional Skills Development Course at $599 per course; Private Online Training Session at $500 per session; Business Skills Training Program at $950 per program; Instructor-Led Virtual Workshop at $750 per workshop; Customized Learning Program at $1,500 per program; Small Business Team Training at $2,000 per engagement; and Educational Materials Development at $1,100 per project. All listed prices are in United States dollars.

Each price applies to the service unit and written scope agreed with the purchaser. A course price does not automatically include private training or a customized materials project. Additional participants, delivery dates, subjects, formats, or work outside the agreed scope require a separate written agreement. Any applicable tax or other agreed charge should be disclosed before the purchaser commits to payment; it must not be presented later as an undisclosed condition of access.

5. Enrollment, scheduling, and written scope

Before work or training begins, the parties should confirm the subject, learning objectives, audience, format, schedule, included materials, price, participation requirements, and any access period. A tailored engagement should also identify deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, and the method for approving changes. The agreement should describe the service accurately and should not rely on an unspecified promise of success.

Times should be stated with a time zone. Participants are responsible for checking the agreed calendar details and providing current contact information. A tentative conversation about availability is not a confirmed booking. The written confirmation or enrollment details control the agreed date and time. If a program has prerequisites or required preparation, those requirements should be stated before enrollment.

6. Payment arrangements

Payment terms, due dates, invoice details, and the accepted payment method are confirmed with the purchaser. The website enquiry form does not collect payment. Do not provide payment credentials in the learning goals field or by another unapproved method. Access or delivery may depend on payment under the agreed terms, but any such condition must be made clear before purchase.

These terms do not create a recurring subscription or authorize automatic renewal. If a future service uses recurring payments, the frequency, amount, renewal conditions, cancellation method, and any legally required consent must be separately disclosed and agreed. A disagreement about payment should be raised promptly with relevant supporting information. These terms do not restrict a purchaser's lawful rights in relation to an incorrect or unauthorized charge.

7. Remote delivery and technical requirements

Services are delivered remotely through online platforms selected for the engagement. Participants need a suitable device, internet connection, and any software or account identified in the booking details. Requirements should be reviewed before the service begins. Access to a particular video platform, browser, application, or third-party account is subject to that provider's functionality and terms.

Pryden Scholar does not promise uninterrupted operation of an outside internet connection or platform. If a problem affects participation, contact the company as soon as practical so that reasonable alternatives can be considered. A platform problem caused by the provider or organizer is addressed in accordance with the applicable service arrangement and Refund and Cancellation Policy. Do not assume that a participant's own connection problem creates an unlimited right to repeat services without charge.

8. Participant conduct

Participants should engage respectfully and avoid harassment, discriminatory conduct, threats, abusive communications, or material that disrupts learning. Do not share another participant's personal information or redistribute a private discussion without permission. Do not use a class to solicit unlawful activity or to introduce malware, deceptive links, or unrelated commercial promotions.

Any restriction of participation should be proportionate to the actual issue and applicable law. An immediate safety or security concern may require pausing access while the issue is reviewed. These terms do not authorize arbitrary removal of a participant as a way to avoid an agreed service or refund obligation. Accessibility requests, good faith questions, and lawful complaints should not be treated as disruptive behavior.

9. Educational materials and permitted use

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, course materials and teaching resources are made available for the participant's own learning under the agreed access terms. Providing materials does not automatically transfer the underlying copyright. Do not sell, publish, distribute, sublicense, or make paid training materials available to people outside the authorized audience without permission from the relevant rights holder.

A business training agreement may permit internal use for a defined group. An educational materials development project should specify ownership or license rights, permitted users, formats, and any limitations before the project begins. Materials supplied by the purchaser remain subject to the purchaser's rights and permissions. Nothing in these terms removes a use that applicable copyright law independently permits.

10. Client-provided content and project changes

A purchaser supplying content for a customized program or materials project should have the right to use it and authority to share it for the educational purpose. Identify confidential material before transfer and agree an appropriate handling method. Avoid supplying private customer records, employee data, or proprietary documents where an anonymized or fictional educational example would serve the same purpose.

Changes to the brief can affect timing, price, or the work required. The parties should confirm those effects in writing before additional work proceeds. Silence should not be treated as approval of a new charge. Agreed review deadlines and feedback responsibilities help keep the project clear. A disagreement about a deliverable should be considered against the approved scope, rather than an expectation that was never included.

11. Recordings, certificates, and educational status

A session is not automatically recorded. Any proposed recording should be explained and permission obtained where required. Access, use, and retention should be specified. Participants must not record or redistribute a session without the necessary permissions. Classroom photographs and interface illustrations on this website are illustrative and should not be interpreted as evidence of particular staff, students, or an existing proprietary platform.

A certificate, if expressly included, documents only the completion or participation stated on that certificate. It must not be represented as a degree, professional license, accredited qualification, approved continuing education credit, or external certification unless that status is expressly verified and disclosed. Ask for clarification before buying a program for a specific credential or regulated purpose.

12. Cancellations, refunds, and service changes

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any service-specific agreement, subject to nonwaivable legal rights. The applicable cancellation window depends on the kind of service, the confirmed start time, and work already performed. Contact the company directly; completing a local website form is not delivery of a cancellation request.

If Pryden Scholar cancels a service or proposes a material change, the purchaser should receive the options described in the refund policy. A replacement date, instructor, or delivery arrangement should not be imposed where it would materially change the purchased service without the purchaser's agreement or a lawful basis. Program descriptions and current prices may change for future purchases, without rewriting an existing agreement after payment.

13. Educational outcomes and responsibility

Education involves explanation, activities, and practice. Results depend on the participant's starting point, effort, available practice, subject, and circumstances. Pryden Scholar does not guarantee a job, promotion, salary, business revenue, exam result, or other professional outcome. A participant remains responsible for decisions made in their own workplace or business and for obtaining qualified advice where a decision requires it.

The Educational Disclaimer explains these limits in more detail. It does not excuse inaccurate descriptions or a failure to supply an agreed service. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable consumer protection obligations. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for indirect loss is assessed under the applicable agreement and law rather than an invented guarantee of all downstream outcomes.

14. Privacy, disputes, and changes to these terms

The Privacy Policy explains the website form, direct communications, and information involved in agreed services. The Cookie Policy explains the preference mechanism and any relevant storage. Do not submit sensitive information simply because a form has space for it. Contact the company promptly if you believe the service, payment, or handling of information requires attention.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through a clear written explanation and reasonable discussion. Colorado law may govern an agreed engagement, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to the purchaser. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, waive access to a court, or remove statutory consumer rights. A revised version applies prospectively where appropriate; material changes to an existing paid engagement require a lawful agreement process.
